The College Humor Show
MTV struck a deal with CollegeHumor.com’s company for a TV show set to air within the next month.
I’ve been following Connected Ventures since 2003. Back then it was a small company ran out of a New York City apartment by a handful of post-college aged kids. Now it’s quite large, employ easily over 50 young adults, and were bought a few years ago by IAC. Their successes include:
CollegeHumor
Busted Tees
Big Shocker
Defunker
Today’s Big Thing
Not to mention all the company’s side projects and personal side projects put forth by the employees. Here are a few:
Hardly Working (which is really just content within CollegeHumor.com)
Jake and Amir
I’m a bit excited to see this show, even if it is going to air on MTV (I’m not really a fan of MTV). Maybe it’s something I appreciate because I’ve watched this young company grow into something so successful, but if it sounds like your cup (of tea, no girls here), give it a try.

The idiocy begins February 8, 2009.
