Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing
Can you believe I hadn’t heard this until today?
Forming - Meet and learns about the opportunity and challenges, and then agree on goals and begin to tackle the tasks.
Storming - Address issues such as what problems are really supposed to be solved, how to function independently and together, and what leadership model to accept.
Norming - Adjust their behavior to develop work habits that make teamwork seem more natural and fluid.
Performing - Function as a unit and find ways to get the job done smoothly and effectively without inappropriate conflict or the need for external supervision.
